Create, get, list, update, delete and transfer apps with hotcodepush app, choosing React Native, Expo, Capacitor or Cordova as the framework.
hotcodepush app manages apps: one store app of one framework, owned by an organization, with its channels, bundles, releases and devices.
--app <id|name> names one. Defaults to hotcodepush.json's app.
create
Create an app with its default channel, production.

Move an app to the organization --organization names, one you are an Admin of.
Here --organization is the target, so a name in --app is looked up across every organization you belong to. The transfer confirms once, or takes --yes in a script.
