Create a session of the customer portal with hotcodepush customer-portal-session create and open its URL for the invoices and the payment method.

hotcodepush customer-portal-session create opens the billing portal of an organization, where its invoices and payment method live. Billing and MAU says what the invoices count. An organization that never subscribed has no portal, and checkout create starts the subscription. The verb needs a session from login, not an API token.
