Print a month's monthly active devices and data transfer with hotcodepush usage get, and list each app's share with hotcodepush usage list.
hotcodepush usage reads what an organization used in a month: the monthly active devices and the data transfer Billing and MAU defines.
It needs a session from login, not an API token. --month YYYY-MM defaults to the current month.
