hotcodepush webhook-delivery lists and repeats the deliveries of a webhook: one POST of one event, with its status, its attempts and the response.
The retries and how long the rows are kept are on Signature and retries.

List a webhook's deliveries, filtered by status and time.
--status failed --created-since 2h finds the ones to send again after an outage of your receiver.

Deliver a webhook's event again, once, and print the receiver's answer. A pending delivery is taken from the retries.
Confirms once (--yes in a script).
A receiver that reads HotCodePush-Delivery-Id and the event id sees the repeat for what it is.
