List, get, update and remove members with hotcodepush member, including the role change and the ownership transfer.
hotcodepush member lists and changes the members of an organization, each with a role: owner, admin, billing or member, as Organizations defines them.
Only update and delete need a session from login, not an API token. --member <id|email> names a member.
list
List the organization's members with their roles, newest first.

Change a member's role. --role owner transfers the ownership to them, makes you an admin and asks once, --yes confirming in scripts.
